Roof Opening Panel Glass

Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

1. WARNING: Before beginning any service procedure in this section, refer to Safety Warnings in section 100-00 General Information. Failure to follow this instruction may result in serious personal injury.

   Refer to: Health and Safety Precautions (100-00 General Information, Description and Operation).
   

1. If installing a new roof opening panel glass, measure and record both sides for reference during installation.
   

1. If installing the original roof opening panel glass.
   Material : Threadlock 262 / TA-26 (WSK-M2G351-A6)
   Torque : 6 Nm

Installation

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
   

1. NOTE: This step will allow the initialization procedure to automatically align the roof opening panel glass.

   Both sides. If installing a new roof opening panel glass, make sure dimensions 1 and 2 are equal and dimensions 3 and 4 are equal.
   

1. NOTE: After initialization, verify that the glass height at all 4 corners is within specifications.

1. If glass panel height is not within specifications
