Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

NOTE: The LH side is shown, the RH side is similar.

1. NOTE: If installing a new module, it is necessary to upload the module configuration information to the diagnostic scan tool prior to removing the module. This information must be downloaded into the new module after installation.

   Upload the module configuration information from the SODL and SODR into the diagnostic scan tool by following the diagnostic scan tool on screen instructions. For additional information,

Installation

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
   

1. Using the previous diagnostic scan tool session, carry out the Programmable Module Installation (PMI) procedure for the SODL and SODR .
